Model, muse, and professional chef, Gina Clarke-Helm is a California native who founded and operates Malibu Seaside Chef. After studying at the French Epicurean School in Los Angeles, Chef Gina apprenticed under the tutelage of renowned Florence-based chef Guiliano Bugialli and at Wolfgang Puck’s Malibu restaurant Granita. As a private chef, she now counts movie stars, CEOs, musicians, and world-class athletes among her clientele. Classically trained in a variety of cuisines, she loves to create custom menus that showcase California’s seasonal bounty for celebrations of all sizes.
